Exercises :

1.Jumping Jacks                                     

2.Squat to Curtsy Lunge

3.High Knees

4.Push-up to Double Shoulder Tap

5.Plyo Lunge

6.Sit-up to Glute Bridge

7.Finisher: Broad Jump to Burpee


Instructions : 

Do the first six exercises for 1 minute each.

Do 2 rounds, resting for 1 minute in between rounds.

Rest 1 minute, and then do the finisher exercise for 1 minute
